Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at leafcatcher.store (“LeafCatcher,” “we,” “us,” “our”). If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1) Return window

  • You can return eligible items within [7] days of delivery.

  • The return window is based on the carrier’s delivery date.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it;

  • In the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories;

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Non-returnable items (examples):

  • Final sale/clearance items (marked as such at checkout);

  • Custom or personalized items;

  • Opened hygienic items (e.g., filters, cloths, personal-care items) where applicable;

  • Gift cards and downloadable/digital products once delivered or accessed;

  • Partial bundles/kits (must be returned complete).

If an item is returned used, damaged, missing parts, or not in original packaging, we may decline the return or apply a restocking fee of [0–15]% (see Section 6).

3) Exchanges

  • We offer like-for-like exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock.

  • If the replacement item costs more/less, we’ll charge/refund the difference.

4) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos/videos and your order number.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. For verified issues caused by us or the carrier, we cover return shipping.

5) How to start a return

  1. Email [support@leafcatcher.store] with your order #, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and include your RMA.

  4. Ship using the label we provide (if applicable) or your own label to:

Returns sent without an RMA or to the wrong address may be delayed.

6) Return shipping & restocking fees

  • Change-of-mind/fit issues: Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Our error/defect: We cover return shipping (prepaid label).

  • Restocking fee: [None / Up to 15%] may apply for opened packaging, missing materials, or signs of use.

7) Refund method & timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary).

  • Shipping fees and rush/expedited charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If you used store credit or a gift card, the refund will be re-issued as store credit.

BNPL / Pay-over-time (if used):
Refunds are processed through your BNPL provider per their terms (interest/fees may be non-refundable).

8) Late or missing refunds

  • If you don’t see a refund after our confirmation, check with your bank/credit card.

  • Then contact us at [support@leafcatcher.store] with your order and RMA numbers.

9) Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages

  • If a package is refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed, we’ll refund the product price minus: outbound shipping, carrier return-to-sender fees, and any restocking if applicable.

10) International orders

  • Duties/taxes paid to customs are non-refundable.

  • International return shipping is customer’s responsibility, unless due to our error.

11) Price adjustments (optional)

  • If the price drops within [7] days of your purchase, contact us for a one-time price adjustment. Excludes coupons, flash sales, final sale, or third-party marketplaces.

12) Warranties (if applicable)

  • Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty service is handled per the manufacturer’s terms. Contact us and we’ll help coordinate where possible.

13) Cancellations & pre-orders

  • You may cancel an order before it ships for a full refund.

  • Pre-orders: cancellable before shipment; once shipped, standard return terms apply.

14) Abuse prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit service in cases of suspected fraud, excessive returns, or abuse of the policy.
